Is silence golden?
I have not been on social media for work for a few weeks and the break has been notable for one thing. I have wound down and been much less stressed. Which begs the question. Do we really need to be glued to our company websites and social media, such as Linkedin?
I think the answer is no, we don't.
Concentrating on the pure essence of your job and working for the company itself, rather than how it is perceived, can be a real tonic for both you and the company. What do you think? I would love to hear your thoughts on this.
