Euro Precision is an established user of Gibbs CAM which is a leading 3D modelling based CAM package designed for machinists. Powerful software combined with high production experience gives our design engineers the flexibility to programme to exacting customer standards.

Working from customer supplied drawings or models we test and prove complex 5 axis tooling and machine kinematics on screen in order to aid productivity.

All machining programmes are held electronically on our server with back-ups stored securely off site and Euro Precision is able to accept files from all major brands of CAD systems including DXF, IGES, 'Parasolid' (*.x_t), 'Solidedge' (*.par), 'ACIS' (*.sat) and 'Solidworks' (*.sldprt), Catia V4, V5.

The ability to read solid model data means the company has the technology to offer a complex 2D and full 3D machining service (e.g. 3D shapes and moulding dies to 62HRc)
