We have developed, over the years, a strong working relationship with our customer who requires the production of high quality components. These components are used to contain the movement of high pressure refrigerant gas around a circuit to maintain heat seeking weapons at the optimum temperature prior to deployment.
To establish a strong relationship required a great deal of effort from our company. The customer’s specific requirements are quite unique and to attain the standards required necessitated different approaches to machining methods which deviate from the industry accepted norm.
Our strong production engineering knowledge, proven quality systems and documentary control of machining methods and tooling enabled us to provide components to the required standard on a consistent repeating, batch to batch basis.
The customer appreciates the efforts we made needed to cement a strong relationship.
